For more than forty years, Pur Sang has built recreation cars of an amazing quality, and is now a widely acclaimed company for the quality of its cars. Chassis 51127, a Pur Sang Type 51, was completed in 2010 and sold to a Czech collector who owned a large collection that became a museum. The car was used very sparingly and has only covered a couple of hundred kilometres. The current owner purchased the car in 2019, had it serviced after long-term storage, and has only used it twice.
The car is available with lights, splash guards and a luggage rack. It has Czech registration as 'Pur Sang' chassis '51117'.
The car is presented in a condition that is very close to new, it has been recently serviced and is ready to go. It drives very precisely, has powerful brakes and surprising acceleration.

Model history
The Bugatti Type 51, introduced in 1931, is widely regarded as the finest of the stunning Grand Prix cars produced by the brand. It is actually a very different car to drive to the Type 35, thanks to its more powerful 2.3-litre, 2-cam engine with compressor, better brakes and a much better gearbox.
It is always surprising how easily these cars slip into today's traffic and reach unauthorised speeds so quickly.
