Daytona HSR race
November 2012
In November I finished the season by driving my Viper GTS-R "C27" back to Daytona 12 years after the famous race when ORECA Won the 24h ahead the Prototype.
Oreca cars finished 1, 3 and 5th OA and two private Vipers 6 and 7th.
C27 was leading the 24h race on Sunday morning but broke its gearbox and finally finished 5th.
We decided in September to send the car Daytona for the HSR event in November, the car had a great success there being one of the most famous American race car.
I also qualified the car 1sec quicker than ORECA did in 2000 ! was a great time.
